Pet Serenade is a bespoke musical service by House Panther. We transform your unique bond with your pet into a professionally produced, 100% original song, capturing their quirks, personality, and the unconditional love you share.
How does the creative process work?
It starts with you! You’ll fill out our Pet Questionnaire, sharing favorite memories, personality traits, and nicknames. Our dedicated musicians then craft custom lyrics and melodies that truly capture your pet’s unique essence—treated with the same love as a family member.
How do I place an order for a custom song?
Simply click any ‘Start Your Serenade’ button to access our questionnaire. Your details are sent directly to our creative heart once payment is completed, ensuring your song begins its journey immediately.
Where can I find information on pricing?
We offer tailored packages. You can see options and pay securely on our Payment page
How and when will I receive my song?
Your finished song will be delivered as a high-quality digital audio file (MP3) directly to your email address. Production typically takes 5–7 business days, allowing us the time to ensure every note and word is perfect.
Can I request revisions or changes?
Absolutely. We want your serenade to be perfect. We provide one complimentary round of minor refinements to the lyrics or music to ensure every detail feels just right for your pet's legacy (see $15 Plan). Other revisions may be free or incur a charge of up to $5, depending on the situation. We always try to do it for free, but sometimes we are charged.
What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?
Due to the deeply personal nature of original custom songwriting, we cannot offer full refunds once work has begun. However, our team is committed to your satisfaction and will work closely with you until you are delighted with the result. We are in the business of making people happy. As seen by our low prices, we aren’t trying to be greedy.
Is this music AI-generated?
The short answer is yes, we use AI assistance in our music production. Having fully custom music production would cost hundreds of dollars per song. We only work with real artists and musicians who create music using professional software. While lyrics are AI-assisted, they receive a human touch every time—because AI on its own can't capture the nuance and emotion that great music requires.
